Charlotte Ronson To Design for JCPenny

Besides being the twin sister to DJ Samantha Ronson (girlfriend of actress Lindsay Lohan) Charlotte Ronson is also an esteemed designer in the fashion industry.

Her runway looks might be a bit pricey for the average girl but it’s so hard to resist!  And now you won’t have it!

Department store JCPenny has teamed up with Ronson to create a clothing collection designed entirely by Miss Charlotte herself.

Targeted towards the 21 to 35-year-old woman, I [Heart] Ronson will be priced at the store’s better tier, ranging from $15 for layering T-shirts and tanks to $26 to $44 for blouses, sweaters and jeans to $40 to $65 for dresses and jackets. In contrast, Ronson’s contemporary line for department stores wholesales from $70 to $130.

Charlotte admitted that her eclectic style never really steered her into the direction of a JCPenny, but once she set foot in one she changed her mind (money talks baby!).

“Growing up in Manhattan, I really never went to a J.C. Penney before I started meetings with them,” said Ronson. “But I was pretty impressed when I did a store visit. I even bought a really cute striped American Living T-shirt.”

The line is called “I [Heart] Ronson”.
